Technology Wizards

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage cutting-edge technology to create interactive websites and platforms for disseminating financial education materials.
  • Skills: Web development, app development, data analytics, and UX/UI design.

Global Ambassadors

Responsibilities:

  • Connect with individuals and organizations worldwide to expand our mission's reach and collaborate on global initiatives.
  • Skills: Networking, communication, diplomacy, and cross-cultural understanding.

Community Educators

Responsibilities:

  • Organize workshops, seminars, and local events to provide in-person financial education and engage with students and adults in your community.
  • Skills: Public speaking, event planning, and teaching.

Marketing and Outreach Champions

Responsibilities:

  • Spread awareness of our mission through digital marketing, social media campaigns, and outreach efforts.
  • Skills: Marketing strategy, social media management, content promotion, and branding.

Data Analysts

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to measure the impact of our programs, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights for future initiatives.
  • Skills: Data analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization.

Finance Coaches and Mentors

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or group financial coaching and mentoring sessions to individuals seeking guidance and support.
  • Skills: Financial planning, budgeting, and counseling.

Fundraising Experts

Responsibilities:

  • Help secure funding and donations to support our mission's sustainability and growth.
  • Skills: Grant writing, fundraising strategy, and donor relations.

Content Translators

Responsibilities:

  • Translate educational content into multiple languages to make financial literacy accessible to a diverse global audience.
  • Skills: Bilingual or multilingual proficiency and translation expertise.

Youth Ambassadors

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with students and young adults to inspire an early interest in financial literacy and help them develop essential life skills.
  • Skills: Youth engagement, mentorship, and education.

Legal and compliance guidance:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal guidance on do’s and don’ts.
  • Skills: Knowledge on non profit law .

Volunteer Agreement

This Volunteer Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the volunteer ("Volunteer") and [Foundation Name] (the "Foundation"). By volunteering for the Foundation, the Volunteer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Volunteer Services

The Volunteer agrees to provide voluntary services to the Foundation as assigned by the Foundation's officers or designated representatives. These services may include, but are not limited to, [list of volunteer tasks and responsibilities].

2. Liability Release

The Volunteer hereby releases and discharges the Foundation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise out of the Volunteer's participation in volunteer activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Background Checks The Volunteer agrees to undergo extensive background checks as permissible by law, conducted by a third-party provider, as deemed necessary by the Foundation. The results of these checks will be kept confidential and used solely for volunteer selection purposes.

4. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

The Volunteer agrees to protect and respect the intellectual property (IP) rights of the Foundation, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, copyrighted materials, and proprietary information.

5. Code of Ethics

The Volunteer agrees to adhere to the Foundation's Code of Ethics, as provided by the Foundation. This includes maintaining confidentiality, acting honestly and ethically, and following all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Termination of Volunteer Services

The Foundation reserves the right to terminate the Volunteer's services at any time, with or without cause, at the sole discretion of the Foundation or its officers. The Volunteer may also choose to terminate their volunteer services with the Foundation at any time, with reasonable notice. Termination can be initiated by an email or SMS provided by the Volunteer.

7. Compensation

The Volunteer acknowledges that no money, gifts, or other compensation will be exchanged as a result of volunteering for the Foundation. This is a voluntary and unpaid commitment.

8. Expense Approval

The Volunteer acknowledges that no expenses will be paid by the Foundation unless explicitly approved in writing by the Secretary of the Foundation.

9. Agreement Acceptance

By signing below, the Volunteer acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to abide by them while volunteering for the Foundation.

This Agreement is effective as of the date of the Volunteer's signature and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party as specified in Section 6. Termination initiated by the Volunteer shall be effective upon receipt by the Foundation.
